Plain and Simple

By accessing and using JugaadAI (jugaadai.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

JugaadAI provides free AI-powered tools including:

AI Chatbot (powered by Groq/Llama AI)

Storyboard AI generator

Image editing tools (background removal, resize, compress)

Passport and Government photo maker

PDF tools, QR code generator, and student tools

JugaadAI is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

Add usage limits in the future

Show advertisements to support the service

Modify or discontinue any tool at any time

You agree to use JugaadAI only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content

Create fake identity documents or fraudulent materials

Violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights

Use our tools for spam, phishing, or malicious activities

Attempt to hack, overload, or damage our servers

Violate any applicable Indian or international laws

Content generated by JugaadAI's AI tools:

You own the content you generate using our tools

AI output may not always be accurate — verify important information

We are not responsible for how you use AI-generated content

Do not use AI content to spread misinformation

JugaadAI's name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce our platform without permission. The AI tools themselves are powered by third-party services (Groq, Pollinations.ai).

JugaadAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service

Accuracy of AI-generated content

Quality of generated images or audio

JugaadAI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our tools depend on third-party AI services (Groq, Pollinations.ai, Fish Audio). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.

Sur is a premium, pay-as-you-go text-to-speech product within JugaadAI. Unlike our other free tools, Sur requires sign-in (via Google) and uses a prepaid credit system called "Taans" — 1 Taan is roughly equal to 1 character of generated speech, though non-Latin scripts (e.g. Devanagari) may consume more Taans per character due to how the underlying text-to-speech engine bills usage. This is disclosed to you before you generate audio.

Payments and Refunds: Taans are purchased in fixed packs (₹49 / ₹99 / ₹199 as displayed at time of purchase) via Razorpay. Once Taans are credited to your account, purchases are non-refundable, except where a payment was successfully charged but Taans were not credited due to a technical error on our end — in such cases, contact us at jkrtechservices@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will investigate and correct the balance or issue a refund at our discretion.

Referral Program: If you refer a friend using your referral link and they complete their first successful Taans purchase, you will receive a bonus of Taans as displayed in the app at that time. Referral bonuses are promotional, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and self-referral or fraudulent referral activity may result in forfeiture of bonuses and/or account suspension.

Fair Use: Sur's underlying voice generation is provided via a third-party API partner. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily suspend access during periods of high demand to maintain service quality for all users.

Bazaar is a marketplace within JugaadAI selling ready-made website templates for small businesses (salons, restaurants, clinics, gyms, shops, real estate, e-commerce, coaching institutes, wedding planners and more). Each template is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Delivery: After payment, you submit your business details (name, contact info, services, and any special requests) through the checkout form. Our team customizes the template with your details and delivers it as a plain HTML file by email or WhatsApp, typically within a few hours. You own the delivered file and may host it anywhere, with no recurring fee to JugaadAI.

Payments and Refunds: Payments are processed via Razorpay. If you request a refund before we have started customizing your file, we will refund you in full. Once your customized file has been delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable — except where the delivered file has a genuine defect (broken layout, non-functioning links or buttons), which we will fix free of charge, or where delivery does not happen within 48 hours of payment with no communication from us, in which case a full refund will be issued on request. To request a refund or report a defect, contact us at jkrtechservices@gmail.com with your payment reference.

Custom Requests: If you request a fully custom website (via the "Need Something Fully Custom?" form), no payment is taken until we've discussed your requirements and agreed on a quote separately.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of JugaadAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
