JugaadAI (jugaadai.in) is a free AI tools platform made for India. We provide tools including AI Chatbot, Storyboard AI, Image Tools, PDF Tools, and Student Tools.

We collect minimal information:

Usage Data: Pages visited, tools used, time spent (via Google Analytics — anonymized)

Device Info: Browser type, operating system, screen size (for optimization)

Cookies: Small files to remember your preferences (theme, language)

For most of our free tools, we do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, payment details, or any personal identification. The exceptions are Sur (which requires Google Sign-In) and Bazaar (whose checkout form collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, and the business details you provide for customization) — see sections 5 and 5a below for exactly what is collected and why.

When you use our AI tools:

Text you enter for AI Chat is sent to Groq AI API for processing

Storyboard image prompts are sent to Pollinations.ai for image generation

Text for Speech is processed in your browser locally

None of your inputs are stored on our servers

We use these third-party services:

Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis (anonymized)

Google AdSense: Advertising (may use cookies)

Groq AI: AI chat processing

Pollinations.ai: Image generation for the Storyboard tool

Fish Audio: Powers Sur's text-to-speech generation. Text you submit for voice generation is sent to Fish Audio's API to produce audio, and per their policy may be used to improve their models. Do not submit sensitive personal information as script text.

Google Sign-In: Used for Sur account authentication. We receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google to identify your account — we do not receive or store your Google password.

Razorpay: Processes payments for Sur Taans purchases. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own security and privacy standards.

Cloudflare: Hosting, security, and data storage (Workers KV) for account balances and usage records

When you purchase a website template through Bazaar, we collect: your name, email address, and WhatsApp number (to contact you and deliver your file), plus the business details you submit for customization — business name, phone number, address, services/products, and any notes you add. This information is sent to and stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (a database service), and is used only to customize and deliver your template and to respond to support or refund requests. We do not sell or share this information with third parties other than Razorpay (for payment processing) and Cloudflare (for storage) as described above.

We use cookies for:

Remembering your theme preference (dark/light)

Remembering your language preference (Hindi/English)

Google Analytics tracking (can be disabled)

Google AdSense advertising cookies

You can decline cookies using our cookie banner. Note that some features may not work without cookies.

We use Cloudflare for security and SSL encryption. All connections to JugaadAI are HTTPS encrypted. Since we don't store personal data, there is minimal risk of data breach.

JugaadAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of JugaadAI after changes means you accept the updated policy.
