Built From a Phone Screen
No laptop, no office, no team. Every tool on JugaadAI, every client site at JKR Tech Services — all of it has been built, tested, and shipped from a phone, in an app called Acode, over the last 2+ years.
That meant figuring things out the hard way more often than not — debugging on a 6-inch screen, rebuilding features that broke at 2am, testing on slow internet to make sure it still worked for someone with a worse connection than mine. There was no "proper setup" to fall back on. Just whatever I had, and a refusal to wait for better conditions.

Why Build This At All
AI tools in India often feel locked behind paywalls or English-only interfaces. JugaadAI is free, Hinglish-friendly, and built around how people here actually use the internet — mostly on a phone, same as me.
