By using Luvoxi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Luvoxi. By continuing past the age check, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. What Luvoxi is

Luvoxi connects you with a random person for live video chat, matched loosely by shared interest tags. It's currently free to use, supported by ads. Video and audio travel directly between the two participants' devices — Luvoxi's servers never see or store your call content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to, during any Luvoxi call or in any part of the app:

• Expose yourself or show nudity or sexual content
• Harass, threaten, or hatefully target another person
• Use Luvoxi if you are under 18, or knowingly match with someone who appears to be under 18 without reporting them
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute another person without their consent
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are
• Use Luvoxi for any illegal purpose

4. Reporting & moderation

You can report anyone during a call — it ends the call immediately and flags them for review. We may suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our discretion, without prior notice.

5. No warranty

Luvoxi is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that every match will connect successfully, or the behavior of other users. You interact with strangers at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JugaadAI and Luvoxi are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions with other users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as Luvoxi evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
