Luvoxi ("we", "us") is a free random video chat service built by JugaadAI. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we don't.
What we collect
Guest sessions: when you open Luvoxi without signing in, your browser generates a random guest ID stored on your device. We store that ID, nothing else, unless you sign in.
Google sign-in (optional): if you choose to sign in, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google to personalize your account.
Call metadata: when you start a match, we log the interest tags you used and the time — never the video, audio, or any transcript of the call.
Reports: if you report someone, we store the reason and which call it happened during, so our team can review it.
Basic infrastructure data: Cloudflare, who hosts Luvoxi, processes connection-level data (like IP address) to route traffic and keep the service secure.
We never record, store, or have access to your video or audio. Calls connect directly, device-to-device (peer-to-peer via WebRTC) — our servers only help two devices find each other and never sit in the middle of the call itself.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in (as a guest or via Google). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies of our own. If a third-party ad network is active on Luvoxi, it may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
How we use your data
To match you with another person based on shared interests
To keep your session and (optionally) your saved profile working across visits
To review reports and take action against abuse, including banning accounts
To show ads that keep Luvoxi free to use
Data retention & deletion
Guest accounts can be reset any time from Settings → "Reset guest session," which clears your local guest ID. To request deletion of a Google-linked account or any data we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
Age requirement
Luvoxi is for users 18 and older only. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using Luvoxi, please report it immediately.
Third parties
We share data only with: Google (for sign-in, if you use it), Cloudflare (our hosting/infrastructure provider), and an advertising network (for the ads that keep Luvoxi free). We do not sell your personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Luvoxi evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top.
